Nicolas Tan Kok Peng steps down as StarHub CFO

The company's CEO Tan Tong Hai will oversee all financial matters until his replacement is appointed.

StarHub announced the resignation of Nicolas Tan Kok Peng as chief financial officer effective 30 April. He resigned due to personal reasons.

Mr Tan, 56, strengthened the Company’s financial foundation, drove shareholder value and ensured that StarHub remains a company with good corporate governance and sound financial practices, according to a StarHub release.

He was appointed to the post on 1 July 2013.
